His hands-on experience spans more than two decades, during which he has worked across business domains including Oil & Gas, Banking, Insurance, Gaming, and Medical. His leadership has shaped enterprise-wide transformations—often in highly regulated, legacy-heavy environments—by modernizing delivery systems, redesigning organizational structures, and empowering leaders to foster continuous learning cultures.
